- You can ask me to work fast (ex. please do this in 2 weeks), but it will come at extra charge.
- I don’t usually do revisions&wips, I prefer to just give you the complete piece.
- If you want to see some rough sketches during the progress, please let me know in advance. I often skip sketch part ;;
- After the commission is done, you can request minor adjustment for free. Any major or extra adjustments may incur extra costs.

- I (the artist = nuk = dreameater10271) retains ownership, and copyright of the completed artwork.
- This art shop is for personal use arts only. Don’t sell, distribute, or reproduce the artwork.

- I have right to freely use the artwork without your permission. (upload on SNS, use to promote the artshop etc)
- I might upload the commissions off-site(twitter, deviantart, etc) with or without your name tagged. If you don't want me to do that, or if you want to be anonymous or tagged, notice me in advance!
- I'd be thankful if you credit me when you upload my work offsite :D

- Don't remove or alter the original creator credit
- Don't claim the design as your own
- Color palette or design inspirations are ok, but please don't recreate the design near identical.
- You can alter the designs anyhow you want to.
- Just don't make them in ways that could harm or hurt others...
- You're free to modify the design yourself, have someone else do it, or ask me to do.
- However, editing the art itself is not allowed. Only I may do so.
- I'll do edits either for free, or for a fee.
- Even if the design is changed, always credit me as the original designer.
- Do not delete the character off the site(TH).
- Hiding is ok but I'd be happy if you give me an authorization or access key to see them.
- Do not sell or trade my designs offsite, If you really want to do that, please ask me for permission first.- Please don't resell my designs for more than their original prices, unless additional value has been added (commission, redisign, etc).
- I'm a poor artist too... If you really want to profit from my design, please share a portion with me (just kidding) (but if you're really serious....)
